I’ll be out of town from June 11th through the 20th, the first half of my trip will be to Hawaii for the wedding of AJ and Jelynna then the second half will be to New York City. I will do my best to respond to all emails and inquiries in a timely fashion. But till then, I wanted to introduce you to Refix Magazine, a new online publication created by one of my best friends Andrea. She has been working hard to promote green living and fashion and this magazine is a product of months of hard work! Check out the magazine as I have a spread of photographs starting on page 36 and another one of my amazing photographer friends Emily Sandifer has some of her gorgeous work featured as well!

Jomie and Ricky rocked the modern and minimalistic venue with the help of Christina of Simply Modern Weddings, who I might add is one of the funnest and raddest coordinators I have had the pleasure to work with! She’s so rad she got us a feature on Green Wedding Shoes, which showcases so many of the great details that were on display. Another person who I want to give a big thanks to is my second photographer Marissa Rodriguez, who rocked the third camera as usual. On to the photos!

They were the couple with the biggest ideas and the were down to make those ideas a reality, as you will see with how great their wedding turned out. The whole wedding took place at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego, so there was a taste of rock n’ roll to go with the wedding day. Their wedding has been featured on Hi-Fi Weddings (which has a whole bunch more photographs) as well as the latest 944 San Diego’s wedding issue. A big thanks to Mel Montoya of Something Blue weddings as well as July Chanthamart, who did hair and makeup for Vanessa and Lee (well not Lee’s makeup, haha), and is also my personal hairstylist. Also at the end of the post is a video of their fun photobooth.
